With Ramadan almost upon us, we have collated a list of iftars and suhoors available for every budget from luxurious buffets to casual dining.
IFTAR OF THE WEEK

Iftar comes with a Peruvian twist at the pan-latino restaurant in The Galleria on Al Maryah Island. On the menu you’ll find Peruvian Bean Soup (Peruvian beans, bonito, konbu, togarashi pepper) and Sopa de Tomate y Aji Rocoto (vine tomatoes, aji rocoto, herb oil). There’s also international and Latin American dishes such as Yucas Frita (Yuca, Chilean seabass, shrimp, manchego); Anticucho de Pollo (Chicken, aji amarillo, garlic) and more. Finish off the evening with Isla Flotante, a treat that boasts flavours such as green tea meringue, pistachio, apricots, date cream, yuzu and lime.

The fine-dining outlet, located in The Galleria, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, launches its wholesome and hearty Iftar menu with a selection of nine courses including favourites such as king crab augratin and salmon flame nigiri. The menu will be available for guests to enjoy throughout the holy month.

FAIRWAYS at Westin Abu Dhabi

The all-day dining restaurant at the Westin in Khalifa City will be serving a selection of traditional Ramadan dishes, including hot and cold mezze selection, soups, mix grill, pasta station lamb ouzi, butter chicken, desserts and much more, all paired with Ramadan’s favorite drinks and down forget that picturesque golf view.

Sim Sim - Saadiyat Rotana Resorts and Villas

True to Sim Sim’s concept, the Market Iftar will be served from engaging live stations, with over 100 dishes from around the world. Set in the light, modern Market at EDITION restaurant, you'll experience live stations, with dishes such as Zaatar Spice Rub Chicken Breast, with bulgur wheat salad and pomegranate and Roast Cauliflower and Chickpea Tagine, with saffron and black rice.
For dessert, their EDITION Arabian Ice Cream Collection (served in a charcoal cone) includes flavours such as Black Sesame and Activated Charcoal, Smoked Apple, Watermelon and Chilli Sorbet, Beetroot, Rose and Coconut Sorbet and Toffee Popcorn.

Suhoor on the beach

An alfresco suhoor experience in a relaxed ambience with a menu that's suited to beachfront feasting. There'll be healthy and nutritious dishes such as beetroot and labneh salad jar, delicately spiced crusted calamari, Australian Angus beef sliders, or chicken shish wrap with zingy garlic yoghurt, to name but a few. AL RIMAL - Armed Forces Officers Club

Al Rimal, meaning 'the sands' in Arabic, is the great setting to experience traditional Emirati and Khaleeji cuisine. On offer are hot and cold mezze and mains of mansaf, mandi and lamb ouzi. They'll have live cooking stations with freshly marinated meats and seafood, grilled upon request. A selection of Ramadan juices and desserts will also be available.
